The national government, an employer with about 150,000 employees, had a serious image problem. Because even though 150,000 people work for the government, nobody wants to be a civil servant. Or at least not associated with all the negative character traits that are attributed to 'the civil servant'. Our job was to change that. And we did that with great pleasure for about ten years.
